IS SILVERADO RESORT PET FRIENDLY?
Silverado does not allow pets in our guest areas. Service animals are an exception to this policy.
WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
WHAT IS REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN?
Upon check-in, you will need a credit card that will pay for the reservation and any incidentals as well as personal identification matching the name on the reservation.
CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE IF I ARRIVE BEFORE MY CHECK-IN TIME OR CHECK OUT EARLY?
Yes, we can hold your luggage if you decide to arrive or check out early.
HOW DO I CONNECT TO WI-FI?
To connect to Wi-Fi, go to your devices's Wi-Fi settings and connect to "Silverado Resort."
ARE THERE NEWSPAPERS ON PROPERTY?
We have a complimentary digital subscription to the Wall Street Journal. When connected to the Silverado Wi-Fi you have complimentary access to the Wall Street Journal by visiting https://wsj.com/access/silverado
CAN I SEND AN AMENITY TO SOMEONE STAYING AT THE RESORT?
To send an amenity to a guest staying at the resort, please call the Resort Main line at 707-257-0200 and request Room Service.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
Guests can purchase them online here and in-person at the Golf Pro-Shop and the Spa.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED AT SILVERADO?
No, Silverado Resort does not allow smoking in any interior spaces in our buildings on the property.
DO YOU HAVE ADA COMPATIBLE ROOMS?
Yes, ADA compatible rooms will show in the booking availability screen when they are available.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE OR FORGET SOMETHING IN MY ROOM?
To contact us about retrieving an item you may have left behind while on property, please submit a form here.
DO YOU OFFER SHUTTLE SERVICE?
We offer resort-wide shuttle services for your convenience while on property. However, we do not offer transportation to the town of Napa or area airports.
DOES SILVERADO OFFER ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS?
Yes, we have electric vehicle charging stations located in our Main Lot by The Market and Bakery.
HOW FAR AWAY IS SILVERADO RESORT FROM THE AIRPORT?
Silverado Resort is 55 miles away from the Oakland Airport, 61 miles away from the San Francisco International Airport, 70 miles away from the Sacramento International Airport and 45 miles away from the Sonoma County Airport.

HOW DO I GET TO SILVERADO FROM AREA AIRPORTS?
Rental cars are available at all airports. In addition we work with a number of shuttle services and can assist guests with a reservation by calling our Concierge team at 707-257-5436 or 707-257-5439.
IS THERE ON-SITE PARKING?
Yes, we offer complimentary on-site automobile and motorcycle self-parking. We do not offer RV, boat or trailer parking. We currently do not offer valet parking.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Reservation can be cancelled penalty free, within 24 hours of booking date/time, unless the reservation is made within 72 hours prior to check-in date. We have a minimum 72-hour cancellation policy (depending on your package, varies during holiday and peak periods.) Guests who booked through a third party must cancel their reservation directly with them.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, JCB, Samsung Pay, Android Pay, and Apple Pay.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RESORT FEE?
Our resort fee includes complimentary self-parking, one bottle of ONEHOPE wine upon arrival, two bottles of water in guestroom, unlimited wireless internet access throughout the resort including meeting rooms and guestrooms, unlimited local and toll-free calls, in-room coffee and tea, tennis on 9 lighted courts, pickleball on 3 lighted courts, access to the fitness facility plus any of the 30 fitness classes offered weekly, golf bag storage, resort wide transportation, and main resort pool access.
The Spa at Silverado's facilities and amenities are available for all registered resort guests 16 years or older and includes access to the sauna, steam room, whirlpool, locker lounges and lap pool for a daily fee of $40 for all Resort Guests. For non-registered Resort Guests, fee may vary from $75 (Monday through Friday) to $100 (Saturday and Sunday). The use of the Spa facilities and amenities are complimentary for those who book a service on the same day.
HOW DO I ARRANGE EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT FOR MY STAY?
Early check-in and check-out is based upon availability. Guests can check with the front desk the day of their arrival or departure.

WHAT DINING OPTIONS DO YOU HAVE ON PROPERTY?
The Grill, Mansion Bar & Terrace, Silverado Market & Bakery, Forno Pizza, Room Service, and the Original BurgerDog Snack Shack are all open to our guests. We also offer a monthly Wine Dinner series.
ARE SILVERADO’S DINING OPTIONS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC OR ONLY OVERNIGHT RESORT GUESTS?
Yes, you can purchase food from all our outlets even if you do not have a room reservation. The main pool is exclusive to resort guests and members use.
DO I NEED A RESERVATION TO DINE AT SILVERADO?
Reservations are recommended at the Grill Restaurant and can be made here
Those wishing to attend our Wine Dinner series are required to make a reservation. Visit our Special Events Calendar here to learn more.
WHAT ARE YOUR TAKEOUT OPTIONS?
You can order food to go from all our outlets, however we recommend Silverado’s Market and Bakery which offers breakfast and lunch selections, pastries, specialty coffees, and Forno Pizza.
DO YOU OFFER IN ROOM DINING?
Room service is available daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages.
HOW DO I BOOK A TEE TIME?
To book a tee time you must be a registered guest of the resort or a club member. Bookings can be made by calling the Golf Shop at 707-257-5460.
WHAT TIME DOES THE COURSE OPEN?
Our North and South golf courses open at 7:00 am weather and conditions permitting. Opening times may vary based on season.
WHAT ARE THE GOLF SHOP HOURS?
The Golf Shop hours are from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm Friday - Sunday and 6:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday .
CAN I USE A SILVERADO GIFT CARD TO BOOK A TEE TIME?
Yes, we accept Silverado Gift Cards as a form of payment for golf. You must be a registered guest of the resort or a club member to book a tee time.

DO I NEED A RESERVATION FOR A SPA TREATMENT OR A SALON SERVICE?
Our Spa books up quickly so we recommend you make your Spa appointment at the same time as you reserve your lodging or well in advance of your stay. Reservations can be made online here by calling 707-257-5555.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE SPA?
Spa guests must be 16 years of age or older.
ARE THE SPA FACILITIES AND LAP POOL OPEN TO ALL RESORT GUESTS?
Silverado's Spa facilities are open to all those receiving treatment and available to all resort guests ages 16 years or older for a daily use fee of $40. The fee includes access to the sauna, steam room, whirlpool, locker lounges and lap pool.
Guests not staying with us can purchase a day pass for $75 Monday through Friday and $100 on Saturday and Sunday by walk-in or by calling 707-257-5555.
WHAT TENNIS PROGRAMS DO YOU OFFER?
Silverado Resort offers 3-day tennis camp experiences throughout the year for beginners and seasoned players. There is also a weekly drill schedule. To view our schedule click here

HOW MANY WEDDING VENUES DO YOU HAVE?
We have 3 main Wedding Venues:
The Grove - Maximum of 250 guests
The Silverado Ballroom - Maximum of 320 guests
The Arbor and Vintner's Court - Maximum of 90 guests
HOW DO I BOOK MY WEDDING AT SILVERADO?

DO YOU REQUIRE A WEDDING COORDINATOR?
Yes! At minimum, a Day of Wedding Planner is required, and that planner should be selected from our Preferred Vendors List
I ALREADY HAVE A PLACE FOR MY CEREMONY, DO YOU OFFER RECEPTIONS ONLY?
Absolutely! We would be honored to host your friends and family for a reception.
DO YOU INCLUDE A MENU TASTING?
We do include a complimentary menu tasting, for the couple, two guests, and your Wedding Planner.
IS A CEREMONY REHEARSAL INCLUDED?
A Ceremony Rehearsal is included and is to be scheduled one month prior to the wedding.
DO YOU INCLUDE A "GETTING READY" ROOM IN THE PACKAGE?
We recommend using a suite to get ready in. We include a complimentary two-night stay for our Wedding Couple, and discounts on room rates for your guests and bridal party.
CAN WE HIRE OUTSIDE CATERERS?
Only in cases where traditional ethnic cuisine is required. Plating Fees and outside catering fees will apply.
CAN WE HIRE OUTSIDE VENDORS?
Yes. While we recommend you use vendors from our Preferred Vendors List, as long as you hire licensed and insured businesses, we look forward to working with them.
CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN BEER AND LIQUOR?
Silverado Resort must supply all alcoholic beverages, with the exception of wine, which will be subject to a $35 per-bottle corkage fee.
WHO WILL ASSIST ME THROUGHOUT THE PLANNING PROCESS AND IF SO, WITH WHAT?
Silverado Resort will assign you a Wedding Event Services Manager who will work with you and your Wedding Planner and oversee the following:
• Your primary Resort contact throughout the planning process
• Provide Reservation Reports if hosting a block of Guestrooms
• Act as menu consultant for all Food & Beverage selections, including curating a menu tasting, to achieve value for your dollar, while meeting the required contracted minimums
• Detail your Banquet Event Order outlining the event specifics and provide an estimate of charges for your event
• Oversee the Resort setup of the Ceremony and Reception venues and ensure a smooth transition for your Banquet Captain
DOES THE WEDDING EVENT SERVICES MANAGER HELP WITH THE CEREMONY REHEARSAL?
Yes, they will be there to assist your Wedding Planner.
HOW LONG CAN OUR EVENT (CEREMONY & RECEPTION) LAST?
From the start of the ceremony to the end of the reception we allot six hours.
DO EVENTS HAVE TO END AT A CERTAIN TIME?
All outdoor events must end by 10:00 pm, while indoor events can go as late as 1:00 am.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE ON-SITE FOR OUR GUESTS? IF SO, IS IT COMPLIMENTARY?
Yes, we have self-parking onsite for your guests and it is complimentary.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Yes, we offer a children's menu that will make them feel included on the big day!
HOW DO WE GET AROUND THE PROPERTY?
Our wonderful Bell Team will shuttle guests around the property by request.
DO YOU OFFER SHUTTLE SERVICE TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT?
We do not offer transportation to the town of Napa or airports; however our Concierge Team can recommend companies to assist.
DO YOU OFFER SCENIC LOCATIONS FOR PHOTOGRAPHY?
With 1,200 acres, there is no limit to the number of beautiful photo spots.
